blue skye was formed in 1991 by christopher north renquist (songs, vocals, bass) with kevin hanlon (guitar, vocals) and robert bridge (drums). blue skye played the deep ellum and acoustic cafe / coffee shop ciruit in dallas from 1991 to 1997. They recorded the album of 10 songs in 1993, releasing it in 1994. After Bridge's departure in 1995, kevin and christopher continued with chuck voelter on drums and jon senderling on keys / guitar until they went their separate ways in 1997.
